2. Services

2.1. Photo Digitisation
2.1.1. Our photo digitisation service involves scanning and converting physical photos into digital formats.

2.2. Photo Restoration and Repair
2.2.1. Our photo restoration and repair services include color correction, repair of cracks and rips, and colorisation of black-and-white photos.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment Terms
3.1.1. Payment must be made in full before the digitised or repaired photos are delivered.
3.1.2. PhotoSavers will hold on to customers' photos until payment is made in full, and the customer agrees to this condition.

3.2. Payment Methods
3.2.1. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
3.2.2. All payment details must be accurate and up-to-date.

4. Unclaimed Photos

4.1. Storage of Unclaimed Photos
4.1.1. Unclaimed or unpaid-for digital or physical photos will be stored for up to 3 months.
4.1.2. After 3 months, a storage fee of NZD$0.10 per photo per day will be charged.

4.2. Destruction of Unclaimed Photos
4.2.1. Unclaimed or unpaid-for digital or physical photos will be destroyed if they remain unclaimed or unpaid for after 6 months.

5. Photo Value and Liability

5.1. Monetary Value of Photos
5.1.1. We do not accept any photos that have any monetary value above $0. By providing photos to us, the customer agrees that they have no monetary value unless a separate, mutual agreement states otherwise.

5.2. Risk of Damage
5.2.1. PhotoSavers is not liable for any damage to customers' photos. The customer accepts that there is a risk of damage any time their photos are handled.

5.3. Third-Party Liability
5.3.1. PhotoSavers accepts no liability or responsibility for any actions taken by third-party freight, courier, or logistics companies.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. Accuracy of Information
6.1.1. Customers must ensure that all information provided to PhotoSavers is accurate and complete.

6.2. Preparation of Photos
6.2.1. Customers are responsible for preparing their photos for digitisation or repair, including removing them from albums and ensuring they are loose.

8.2.1. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your digitised or restored photos, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
